Experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Premium Support service?

I'm hoping that I can get some feedback from people or companies who have any experience with Microsoft's Professional Direct paid support offering for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Premium Support service), which includes 24x7 reactive support, escalation assistance from Service Delivery Managers, training, faster response times, etc. Assume that we would use the support to get recommendations, general advice, best practices, and guidance on how to use the products. Can anyone provide any insight about the quality of the support you have received, whether you use it often, is it good/worth the commitment? 

 

There is a minimum purchase of 20 licenses that are required to sign up, and I want to be sure that it will truly be helpful and useful if we purchase it. We have the money available for it, so that's not the issue. Barring the "it depends on whether or not you use it" response, what I would like to know is, basically, if the service is worth it based on the quality of the calls and support received. Are they really helpful in providing solutions when you need them?

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce theĀ SummerĀ ofĀ SolutionsĀ Challenge! Ā  This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.Ā  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.Ā  Ā  Entry Period:Ā This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an ā€œEntry Periodā€) Ā  - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 ā€“ 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 ā€“ 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 ā€“ 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 ā€“ 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Ā  Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.Ā  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.
