Export Excel from a gallery

Hello everyone;

I want to export an excel from gallery; I created a flow on power automate; the file is generated but there are two problems:
1/ only the first 100 lines of the gallery that appear on the excel file even if I have modified the number of lines to 2000 from a powerapps parameter.
2/the order of the columns is generated randomly and want to change the order.

(There are filters in the gallery)

You can send all of it in order as a CSV -for the order you need to use Concat() on the Gallery Items with Commas, then email it to yourself in Power Automate.

The 100 line limit is because a gallery loads 100 records at a time. If you scroll down, more items will be loaded into the Gallery. This is distinct from the data row limit which is the max rows to retrieve if the filter isn't delegated.

Assuming your filter is delegable, you could get up to 2000 records from your data source if you put the data into a collection with ClearCollect(). Instead of exporting Gallery.AllItems, copy-paste your Gallery.Item definition into a ClearCollect(). Send that collection to your flow:

ClearCollect(MoreData, <Copy-pasted code from Gallery.Item>);

Regarding the column ordering, if you're using the JSON() function to pass the data to Power Automate as a string, it will order the properties in alphabetical order. You would need to adjust the ordering on the Power Automate end.

So there is no other solution apart from the scroll so that all the lines appear.
And for the order of the lines Whare I can modify them please.

You can create a collection with the same filter as the gallery - this can export up to 2,000 records as per my previous post.

@WarrenBelz  the problem is that if I pass the filter which is in Gallery.item when I generate the excel file it only appears the columns on which I made the filter; and it does not generate all the lines

Just use AddColumns for the rest, or better, do not restrict the columns in the Filter.

I managed to export excel from the gallery and I got the excel file with 2000 records that I modified from the settings. Is there a method then that I get more than 2000 records?
