Filter 1 person tasks (data from sharepoint list) - from multiple choice field

Hi, imagine i have a sharepoint list like this.

In my Powerapp list i would like to display tasks that Person C is assigned to.  How the filter should look like? Right now i can't even use "ppl_column" since this datatype is table.

Any help is welcome:)

Filter(Choices(PSList.pp_list),Value = "Person C")

Could you please share a bit more about the "Ppl_list" column? Is it a Person type column (with "Allow Multiple selections" enabled) or Multiple Choice type column in your SP List?

Do you want to display the Tasks which the Person C is assigned to?

Based on the needs that you mentioned, I think the Filter function could achieve your needs. Please consider take a try with the following workaround:

Set the Items property of a Gallery to following:

Filter(
       'Your SP List',
       "Person C" in Concat(Ppl_list, Value & ";")
)

If the "Ppl_list" column is a Person type column with "Allow Multiple Options" enabled, please modify above formula as below:

Filter(
       'Your SP List',
       "Person C" in Concat(Ppl_list, DisplayName & ";")
)

Please take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.

Thank you for your reply. Right now (after I used your proposition) I have an warning that inform me about delegation - and since the list is longer than 2000 records this is not going to work for me. Right now I can't see any records ( I typed my name exacly the same as it is in the list).

PPL_List column is a multi choice column in my SPlist

Hi @PowerAppsUser4 ,

The 'in' operator is not delegated within SP List data source. If the amount of your SP List records is more than 2000, you could consider bulk-load your SP list records into a collection in your app, then use the collection as data source in Filter function instead of the original SP List data source.
