Filter SharePoint List using IN

Hello everyone,

I'm having some trouble filtering a sharepoint list.

It is well over 6000 Records long and therefore needs to be filtered.
First, a sharepoint list, let's call it table B, should be filtered by a status column, where all with the status finished are filtered out.
Table B also has a lookup column, let's call it table_A_ID, for the ID column of Table_A.
I now want to use the ID column Table_A_ID from Table B to filter Table A and only display the entries that appear in the result of Table_B.
All quite tricky. I wanted to proceed as follows:

Filter(Table_A; ThisRecord.ID in ShowColumns(Filter(Table_B; ThisRecord.Status.Value <> "Done");Table_A_ID))

But unfortunately I get some delegation warnings when I use In as well as an error when comparing the ID column of Table_A with the list of IDs from the filter bevore.

I could simply create a link from table A to B, but there will be similar filter tasks to come and there are several tables that are linked, which also have many luckup columns. Therefore, it would be great if I could design the filter function so that it works.

Does someone have an idea?

You have two issues, one solvable the other probably not. The <> “Done” need to be reversed and include all the Status values to be included. How many records are likely in this set ? You cannot use the in Filter in a Delegable manner.

Hi @WarrenBelz, Thank you for your answer. I have already realised that I have these two problems and also that I can't seem to use IN. Nevertheless, I was hoping for a possibility. I can quickly implement the topic with the "Done". I had already thought of this as a solution and also hoped there would be a more elegant solution. It must be assumed that there will be at least 6000 records to start with and that between 6000 and 20,000 more will be added each year. At the moment I wanted to solve it without dataverse, but it seems that dataverse is better in terms of filter flexibility.
