Filtering not working in Gallery with Nested Galleries

Hey everyone, 

I have a gallery connected to a SP list and also 2 nested galleries that connect to list that have a reference ID to the Parent Gallery. When I try to build out my filtering the gallery is acting up. The filter selections seem to work and there are no error with my code, but when I make a selection, the gallery only flickers and stays the same. The only part that works is the startswith to the text input. 

Hoping someone can point out what I'm missing.

Hi @Willo ,

Nested gallery doesn't support global filtration in certain scenario as there can be various information differing from each item in 1st Gallery. 

If you want something to work, I'll suggest try the following:

Step 1: Use Flexible Height Gallery -> for 1st gallery

Step 2: Use a gallery with fixed height within your 1st gallery -> containers works better handling multiple controls

Note: Keep this hidden

Step 3: Your Filters can work on Gallery1 easily

Step 4: When you select a record in Gallery1 -> make the Gallery2 or its container visible for that specfic record

Step 5: Use filters for 2nd Gallery based on Gallery1 selected data with respect to your datasource. This will filter only necessary data when needed.
