Hiding/filtering duplicate record in search fields in a model-driven app

Hello everyone!

I have two records in column "groups" with the same name. However I want for search fields to only show the one with the number 78, which is from another column "code" related to it, and ignore/hide/not search the other. How could I go about doing this?

Where should I put that code? Mine is a model driven app, I cannot find any place to put it.

Is there any way to do this with xrmtoolbox?

Okay I gave it a look and unfortunately that doesn't help me solve the issue.

I've been checking out dataverse views but those don't seem to change the search results, and I've yet to find something in xrmtoolbox.

Yeah I've been using those but using the filters don't hide the rows I want to filter out, when using search.

Third party people use the app so they shouldn't be able to see both results, just the 78 one.

A. Navigate to  https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ and then

1. Select the right environment.

2. Click Settings

3. Click chevron to left of Product

4. Click Features

5. Scroll down to Advanced find options and then for Modern advanced find in model-driven-apps toggle this to On.

6. Scroll to the very bottom and click Save

7. Go to make.powerapps.com

8. Refer to this guide below and try to use it.

See if you can also create a view with the filters already there, and make this the default view, if you want the filters pre-applied.

In that case @Adehmar you may be better off using this guide to make sure that specific records are not ever shown to those users, whether in the Search or anywhere else in Dataverse, and you should do this using the below guide:
