How to display the detail of only logged in user

I have 3 sharepoint list.

1.Employee master table

2.Time registration master table

3. Approving table

Need to do

1. When user click on profile button, they can able to see only the logged in user profile. 

2. How can i join these three share point list. Like we do in SQL

If you have Foreign Keys in your lists you can use AddColumns and LookUp to create a single collection with the joined data.

Q1:

Do you want to only display current user's profile?

Could you tell me which fields in these three tables are person type and record the user data?

I assume that you have field named Employee, data type person.

Then you just need to use User().Email to filter based on this person field.

Formula like this:

Filter('Employee master table',Employee.Emai=User().Email)

Q2:

I'm afraid there's no direct feather about "join" or Foreign key in powerapps.

Could you tell me

1)the relationship between these three lists?

2)the structure of these three lists? (data type)

In powerapps, there's a function called AddColumns, which you could reshape your table.

1. How can i use filter function in display form? I don't have gallery form in my app, I have Edit for to register employee and display form to view profile.

requirement is employee will click on emp reg button and navigate to reg form and when employee click on profil button. employee should be able to see only logged in user profile detail which should fetch from employee registration master table in SharePoint List.

Could you share some example of actual data explaining what you are trying to do. I think I understand but before we go any further it'd be good to get clarity.

Also, by 'Foreign Key' I meant a reference field not necessarily in the same way it's done in SQL. 

Eg

Table 1 [Personal Details] schema = ID | First Name | Last Name

Table 2 [Salary Details] schema = ID | Table1_Ref_ID | Hourly rate | Benefits

... or simliar. I'm trying to provide an example above.

The requirement is to display only logged in user detail when employee click on profile button.

For example: he or she can able to see only their own profile) and then they can able to modify the detail if necessary.

This data has to be fetch from Employee registration master table. 

I can use filter to display only logged user by using User().Email under Filter function in browse screen, but in my case i don't have browse gallery screen in my app.

Hi @PapithaSekar ,

Since gallery needs a table, so you could use Filter function in its Items.

But edit form or display form needs a record, so you need to use LookUp function in its Item. 

You could set like this:
1)emp reg button's OnSelect:

If(IsEmpty(Filter('Employee master table',Employee.Emai=User().Email),
Navigate(regscreen);NewForm(regform),
Notify("you have aleardy regged",NotificationType.Warning)
)

2)in reg screen

insert an edit form, set its data source :registration master table,

set its Item:

LookUp('Employee master table',Employee.Emai=User().Email)

 set the submit button's OnSelect:

SubmitForm(regform);ResetForm(regform)

3)set the profile button's OnSelect:

If(IsEmpty(Filter('Employee master table',Employee.Emai=User().Email),
Notify("you have not regged before",NotificationType.Warning),
Navigate(detailscreen)
)

4)in detail screen, insert a display form

set its data source :registration master table,

set its Item:

LookUp('Employee master table',Employee.Emai=User().Email)

inert a button(if you click this , you could edit your profile)

set the button's OnSelect:

Navigate(regscreen);EditForm(regform)

I've tried doing this Lookup formula. But when i do it, it's giving me an error saying comparison incompatible, because the value for the Employee Email is classified as a table and the value from the "User().Email" is classified as text? 

I've tried reformatting the values in the table to text. But it's still the same error. How do i make this work?
