Import and export of a Sharepointlist for offline usage

Hello,

is it possible to import a Sharepointlist into my app and store it there offline until I export it to overwrite the existing one in Sharepoint?

I am building a small app to make different audits within my company. The data (as example for a car-check: model, car owner, general infos about the equipment on board, etc.) is stored in a list on sharepoint. The app is working based on that list and it will wirte the answer to each question directly into the sharepointlist as soon as its answered. Sadly, this wont work in the open field. I can't garante perfect mobile connection. Is it possible to import the list at the beginning by pressing a button in my app, fill all the answers into this localy stored list, and export/overwrite the list back as soon as I have good connection and click on the export button? There wont be multible useres for the same list at any given time, so I dont have to worry about different versions beeing used at the same time.

I watched the first 8 min before making the first post...

Sadly, the demo couldnt watch the data list while offline. My app needs to be able to load the data out of the list and show all entries while offline.. My surveys are based on informations out of the sharepoint list.

(example: a question about the equipment will load the default equipment of the car out of the list, show it on screen and ask if there are any changes to it. After checking the eq. on the car, any changes will be added to the entrie and the app will wirte it back into the list.)

Ill watch the entire video, just to make sure I didnt miss anything.

Unless m not clear on your question, the video address that. I have actually followed that to build one myself.
But just to be more clearer, Do you want to load the questions offline so that people would answer the questions. Then later when there is connection, the answers would be sent to your sharepoint list? If that's the case then the video address that.
The main functions would be LoadData and SaveData functions. You can also read around it.

I should have watched the video 100% first. 

I am at 14 min now, and I have an idea how the app could work offline.

I want to load the data out of my list into the app (temp. collection), work with the app offline (including watching all the data, making a survey, looking at other entries from the list) and save the entire collection back to the sharepoint if I am online again.

The video has a demo at the beginning. He opened the "view data" offline and wasnt able to see the data that he stored online before. He made an entrie online (nr 1) and one after that offline (nr 2). After openeing the "view data" offline, he was only seeing nr2 that was made offline. Thats where I paused and posted my question here. But as far as I understand, it should be possible to load the entire list into a temp. collection, view/edit data in that collection or make surveys that are based on this temp. collection, and write everything back into the sharepointlist when I open the app for the next time with internet connection.

Sorry for the pile of text everytime. My english is not the best, especially if I try to explain things, that I dont even understand in my nativ language.
