Modell driven App - Business Process Flow -> Flow Step (When a flow step is)

Hello,

i have a Business Prozess Flow, where i want to start a Flow from.

For the Flow i have to choose the Trigger "When a flow step ist started from a business process flow", as i need the data from the underlying dataset.

When i add a flow step to the BPF i only see my flows with "normal" triggers. But i can choose "Diplay additional ..".

Anyway when i directly click on the flow i need i alway get teh error message "unkown entity".

I still can select the flow by using the check box.

But to start the flow from the app does not execute the flow.

Any idea what i miss?

Thanks for your answer. Anaway the walktrough does not help in my situation, as this uses the trigger "When a record is selected" 

I do not have this trigger oportunity.

I can only use "When a flow step is run from a business process flow"

For the use i have a good tutorial and i did everything as shown in the tutorial but it the flow is not running.

I tried this with several flows.

I tried the flows with an instant trigger from power apps and they are runnning.

But there is no way the test the flow with the trigger i need, as information need for the flow will come from the Business process flow.

Any idea

I just created a test flow with the "When a flow step is run from a business process flow" trigger and it does get triggered from the BPF. Can you please show us some screenshots of your flow in designer mode and the BPF step?

thanks for your answer.
I will show some screenshots on a very simple flow, that even could be started without this kind of trigger as it does not use any data from the underlying record. The flow itself works i testsed it with another trigger.

The problem is that when adding a new flow step to the bpf i get an error when trying to add any flow with the trigger "When a a flow is run from bpf"

The flow does not appear in this selection

Then i can choose the flow but get an error

I can just ignore this, but than the flow will not be executed

The flow not appearing in this selection is normal because it is a classic lookup and only shows 10 items. I also had to click on Look Up More Records at the end of the list to find it.

To select the flow, you need to click on the Add button (this one in your screenshot)

Clicking the hyperlink text of the flow name will try to open the flow in classic designer which would show the error.
