Multiple Selection filter dropdown in Form

hello Everyone , i wanted to know how to apply multiple selection filter in a dropdown/combo box using a form in powerapps.

 Here is my Requirement:

i have a list named "staff" that includes "management level" column name with choice as a column type that is stored in a sharepoint list. In a screen1 i have opened a edit form , data source as "staff" list. now if i select management level dropdown list consist of intern,specailst,etc.. it should open another datacard asking for name,location details to be entered by a user in a same edit form in screen1.

please help me with it

To implement a cascading or dependent dropdown scenario in PowerApps, where the selection in one dropdown (management level) influences the options available in another dropdown (name), you can follow these steps:

Screen1 Setup:

Add an Edit form to Screen1 with the DataSource set to "staff" list.
Add a Dropdown control for "management level" and set its Items property to the distinct values from the "management level" column:

Add Another DataCard:

Add a DataCard to the Edit form for the additional details you want to capture (name, location).
Set the Visible property of this DataCard based on the selection in the "management level" dropdown.

This is not working , can you tell me any other way other than using distinct function.

do you know how to execute this through And/Or format. if i click intern alone i want the particular datacard to display, same goes for when i select special option under management level dropdown. if i select both i want both the datacards to display. i want these requirements to be written through a single formula
