Multiple records saved when selected all on button

Hi Team,

 I have requirement like when user select all records.selected records saved in sharepoint list.

allcheckbox and gallery checkbox.

Gallery checkbox--Default---all checkbox.Value

Onselect save button my code is 

ForAll(Filter('Add Gallery_14'.AllItems,allcheckbox.Value=true),
Patch(Tssheet,LookUp(Tssheet,Email =User().Email),
//ThisRecord,
{

Status:{Value:"Submitted"}
});
Notify("Records are saved",NotificationType.Success))

but the selected records status unable to change.

please help to rectify  errors in my code

Hi @Powerappsuser11 ,

can you use this formula to select all check box:

Clearcollect(colAllRec, Gallery14_.AllItems)

and on the save button use this formula:

ForAll(
    colAllRec,
    Patch(
        Tssheet,
        LookUp(Tssheet, Email = User().Email),
        {
            Status: { Value: "Submitted" }
        }
    )
);

Notify("Records are saved", NotificationType.Success);

 I tried above formula

No errors buts  status of all records  not change.

while click on all checkbox,gallery checkboxes should check and if uncheck,gallery checkbox uncheck.

Onselect of submit button only save selected gallery checkboxes.

Please help for correct way of approachment of my requirement.

Hi @Powerappsuser11 ,

If you filter by User().Email, a record will be updated repeatedly.

If you want to create new records about selected records in the list, you can do this:

ForAll(Filter('Add Gallery_14'.AllItems,allcheckbox.Value=true),
Patch(Tssheet,Defults(Tssheet),
{
Status:{Value:"Submitted"}
}));
Notify("Records are saved",NotificationType.Success))

If the selected records in the Gallery exist and you just want to update them, you can do so:

ForAll(Filter('Add Gallery_14'.AllItems,allcheckbox.Value=true) As C,
Patch(Tssheet,LookUp(Tssheet,ID=C.ID),
{
Status:{Value:"Submitted"}
}));
Notify("Records are saved",NotificationType.Success))

Hi @Powerappsuser11 ,

Is 'allcheckbox' the name of the checkbox outside Gallery? If you want to update the record in the list according to the Checkbox in the Gallery, you need to change 'allcheckbox.Value=true' to the 'checkboxNameInGallery.Value=true '.
