No content in dropdowns in the SharePoint App after adapting a SharePoint form with PowerApps

Hello,

I'm bulding a requirements-list with a SharePoint list in the background. I added serveral column wich are shown as a dropdown in the form. The data for the dropdown came from the properties of the column. After adapting the form with PowerApps an using the App as form instead of the normal SharePoint form, there is no content in two of four dropdowns, when i open the list with the offical SharePoint App. In the other two dropdowns is content. I tested with a few colleagues in different roles but it is always the same. Sometimes it seems, there is another Version of the form in the SharePoint App than in the browser. but I'm not sure. When I open the list with Chromium, Chrome, IE, Firefox there is no problem. Only in the App. Do you have any idea what I can check or change?

Do you mean that your sharepoint custom form could display correctly in sharepoint online, but could not display correctly in sharepoint on-premise?

If so, I'm afraid it's not supported to use sharepoint custom form in sharepoint on-premise.

Custom form for SP list using PowerApps only supported within SP list Online currently.

@v-yutliu-msft No, we are only using SharePoint Online in this context. I posted some Screenshots in my last reply. I think they are showing my problem very well: If I customize the "NewForm" from the SharePoint Online list and open the list with the SharePoint App on mobile devices there is no data in two of four combo boxes/drop downs. I can't see any differences between the combo boxes/dropdown. That's why I can't explain, why there is no data in this two combo boxes/drop downs.

When I open the list with the default "NewForm" of the SharePoint list without customizing with PowerApps, then there is no problem. All four combo boxes/dropdowns are filled with data.

Hi @Anonymous ,

What I meant is:
sharepoint custom form is not supported in SharePoint App on mobile devices(which is on-promises sharepoint too).

So if you open sharepoint custom form in SharePoint App on mobile devices, there may be some problems. For example, data can not load correctly.
