Not Showing data if everything is input

Hello,

im looking for the following solution.
I have a form and they have to fill in some fields. When fields are left open the record comes on the main screen where they tap it and fill in the rest of the fields.

Now the problem is when all the fields are filled in the record also comes to the main screen populating it as the list gets bigger and bigger.

I dont want it on my main screen anymore as soon as it is filled in complete. The data itself should still be in my Sharepoint list for future refernce but i dont want to see it on the main screen of my app anymore.

The last item they have to fill in is a signature. I was thinking in the liness of when the signature is filled in it doesnt show on my main screen anymore. But i just cant find the correct code for it.

Do you want to only show records in the gallery where the signature field is not empty?

Try the following formula:

Filter(datasource,signature=Blank())

thanks for the respons. Its the other way around. When the field "signature" is empty it has to show. When its not empty it doesnt have to show.

And where do i stick that code? Because in my BrowseGallery1 i allready have the following code:

Items: SortByColumns(Filter([@Goederenontvangst]; StartsWith(Title; TextSearchBox1.Text)); "Title"; If(SortDescending1; Descending; Ascending))

So i dont really know where to put the code you have suggested.

SortByColumns(Filter([@Goederenontvangst];signature=Blank()&& StartsWith(Title; TextSearchBox1.Text)); "Title"; If(SortDescending1; Descending; Ascending))

it doesnt seem to work i get a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it. Can i upload the app that im trying to make ?

Hi @Doomglazer ,

The yellow triangle is delegation warning, this formula might not work correctly on large data sets(More than 2000 records).

Maybe you could try the following formula:

SortByColumns(Filter([@Goederenontvangst];signature=Blank(); StartsWith(Title; TextSearchBox1.Text)); "Title"; If(SortDescending1; Descending; Ascending))

You could provide some screenshots of errors (without sensitive information) without uploading your app.

Ok i'll do that because there arent ven more then 50 records in my sharepoint list.

But in the attachment you can see the error. I have to say its in Dutch.

SortByColumns(Filter([@Goederenontvangst]; StartsWith(Title; TextSearchBox1.Text)); "Title"; If(SortDescending1; Descending; Ascending))

SortByColumns(Filter([@Goederenontvangst]; signature=Blank()); "Title"; If(SortDescending1; Descending; Ascending))

In addition, could you please check if there are eligible records in your data source.
