I'm using the Office365OutlookSendEmailV2 to email customers from my PowerApp (using SharePoint as the source) which works great, however, I've come across an e-mail address which is failing. I get the below error:
I noticed the address had two underscores so I'm thinking this is the reason. I've checked other emails within our database with two underscores, however, we've not sent these people an email (emails with single underscores send fine).
Is there a fix for this issue? We have thousands of users with two underscores so asking them to all to change their address is not an option.

On that basis, I suspect the problem lies elsewhere with the email address. But just to confirm, where exactly do the underscore characters appear? Do they appear in the domain part of the address, or are they leading underscores in the name part?
I haven't heard of this being an issue, but if I were to test it I would start by making myself a generic email containing two underscores so I could test it myself with a known good email address, any way you could try that and tell us how it goes?

The users address is xxxx_xxxx_11@icloud.com - however, I've re-created the email and it works for me.
I'm now thinking it's either the users address is blocking it or it's something to do with the datasource which I'm using.
I'm happy for you to close this - apologies, when I searched I couldn't find anything relating to the issue so that should have meant that it wasn't an issue really.

The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
