I am running in stange issue i have two buttons one for submission and another for rejection in gallery for all items there is corresponding checkbox if user click few checkbox and submit submission below action is happening

ForAll(
RenameColumns(Filter(Scope_1.AllItems,Checkbox3_1.Value),"ID","ID1"),
Patch(
Scopes,
LookUp(Scopes,ID=ID1),
{Status:{Value:
Switch(
LookUp(Scopes,ID=ID1).Status.Value,
"Submitted", "Rejected by Discipline Manager",
"Supported by Discipline Manager", "Rejected by STM",
"Pending with PUM","Not Supported by PUM","Supported by PUM","Not Supported by MOA","Not Supported by PUM","Not Supported by MOA","Reviewed by Event Manager","Not Supported by MOA"
)
},awrWFInProgress:true

}
)
)

And in meanwhile for other  checkbox if he checked and clicked rejection below action is happening

ForAll(
RenameColumns(Filter(Scope_1.AllItems,Checkbox3_1.Value),"ID","ID1"),
Patch(
Scopes,
LookUp(Scopes,ID=ID1),{
Status:{Value:
Switch(
LookUp(Scopes,ID=ID1).Status.Value,
"Submitted", "Supported by Discipline Manager",
"Supported by Discipline Manager", "Supported by STM",
"Pending with PUM","Supported by PUM",
"Supported by PUM","Supported by MOA","Not Supported by PUM","Supported by MOA","Reviewed by Event Manager","Supported by MOA"
)
}awrWFInProgress:true,

}
)
)

Now status are getting override for submission if he clicked rejection for other checkboxes

Hi @Ashok2 ,

I think the formula I provided could work for your scenario.

Please check if the CheckedItemspdate collection has been populated with proper ID values when you check the Checkbox1 outside the Gallery. When you check the Checkbox1, the following formula would be executed:

Clear(CheckedItemspdate);
ForAll(
       Gallery1.AllItems,   // Gallery1 represent your Gallery control
       Collect(CheckedItemspdate, ID)
)

then the ForAll function would be executed, then ID values from all Items in your Gallery would be collected into the CheckedItemspdate collection. You could also consider modify above formula as below:

Clear(CheckedItemspdate);
ForAll(
       RenameColumns(Gallery1.AllItems, "ID", "ID1"),            // Gallery1 represent your Gallery control
       Collect(CheckedItemspdate, ID1)
)

After that, you could click your "Submission" button to execute your ForAll formula.

You could also consider put the formula I provided within the OnSelect property of the Checkbox1:

If(
   Checkbox1.Value,
   Clear(CheckedItemspdate);
   ForAll(
       RenameColumns(Gallery1.AllItems, "ID", "ID1"),            // Gallery1 represent your Gallery control
       Collect(CheckedItemspdate, ID1)
  ),
  Clear(CheckedItemspdate)
)

Please check if you have specified proper formula within the OnCheck and OnUncheck property of Checkbox1.

Hi @Ashok2 ,

Are these Checkbox controls reset after you click the "submission" button?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I think this issue is related to that these selected Checkbox are not reset after you click the "submission" button. So when you click the "rejection" button, previous selected Checkbox items would also be changed.

As an fixed solution, you could consider reset selected Checkbox controls within your Gallery after you click the "submission" button. I have made a test on my side, please consider take a try with the following workaround:

Set the OnSelect property of the "submission" button to following:

ForAll(
RenameColumns(Filter(Scope_1.AllItems,Checkbox3_1.Value),"ID","ID1"),
Patch(
Scopes,
LookUp(Scopes,ID=ID1),
{Status:{Value:
Switch(
LookUp(Scopes,ID=ID1).Status.Value,
"Submitted", "Rejected by Discipline Manager",
"Supported by Discipline Manager", "Rejected by STM",
"Pending with PUM","Not Supported by PUM","Supported by PUM","Not Supported by MOA","Not Supported by PUM","Not Supported by MOA","Reviewed by Event Manager","Not Supported by MOA"
)
},awrWFInProgress:true

}
)
);
Set(IsReset, false);Set(IsReset, true)   // Add this formula

set the OnSelect property of the "rejection" button to following:

ForAll(
RenameColumns(Filter(Scope_1.AllItems,Checkbox3_1.Value),"ID","ID1"),
Patch(
Scopes,
LookUp(Scopes,ID=ID1),{
Status:{Value:
Switch(
LookUp(Scopes,ID=ID1).Status.Value,
"Submitted", "Supported by Discipline Manager",
"Supported by Discipline Manager", "Supported by STM",
"Pending with PUM","Supported by PUM",
"Supported by PUM","Supported by MOA","Not Supported by PUM","Supported by MOA","Reviewed by Event Manager","Supported by MOA"
)
  },
   awrWFInProgress:true,

}
)
);
Set(IsReset, false);Set(IsReset, true)   // Add this formula

set the Reset property of the Checkbox within the Gallery to following:

IsReset

Please consider take a try with above solution, then check if the issue is solved.

Hi @v-xida-msft

I have created collection on check and uncheckof checkboxes and using it for submission

Oncheck :Collect(CheckedItemspdate,{ID:ThisItem.ID})

OnUncheck: Remove(CheckedItemspdate,LookUp(CheckedItemspdate,ID=ThisItem.ID)) and using below

Set(BtnApproved,"false");ForAll(
CheckedItemspdate,
Patch(
Scopes
,LookUp(Scopes,ID = CheckedItemspdate[@ID]),

{
Status:{Value:
Switch(
LookUp(Scopes,ID = CheckedItemspdate[@ID]).Status.Value,
"Submitted", "Rejected by Discipline Manager",
"Supported by Discipline Manager", "Rejected by STM",
"Pending with PUM","Not Supported by PUM","Supported by PUM","Not Supported by MOA","Not Supported by PUM","Not Supported by MOA","Reviewed by Event Manager","Not Supported by MOA"
)
},awrWFInProgress:true

}

)

);Clear(CheckedItemspdate);Set(BtnApproved,"true")

Set(BtnRejected,"false");ForAll(
CheckedItemspdate,
Patch(
Scopes
,LookUp(Scopes,ID = CheckedItemspdate[@ID]),
{
Status:{Value:
Switch(
LookUp(Scopes,ID = CheckedItemspdate[@ID]).Status.Value,
"Submitted", "Supported by Discipline Manager",
"Supported by Discipline Manager", "Supported by STM",
"Pending with PUM","Supported by PUM",
"Supported by PUM","Supported by MOA","Not Supported by PUM","Supported by MOA","Reviewed by Event Manager","Supported by MOA"
)
},awrWFInProgress:true

}

)

)

;Clear(CheckedItemspdate);Set(BtnRejected,"true")

its working as expected

but ,i have another Checkbox1 out of gallery on check of that it check all checkboxes inside gallery ,checkbox inside gallery default value is  Checkbox1.value , if i do this ,my on select does not work  as it is using collection which is created on check and uncheck .

Hi @Ashok2 ,

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I think the OnCheck and OnUncheck property of the Checkbox1 (outside the Gallery) could achieve your needs.

Set the OnCheck property of the Checkbox1 (outside the Gallery) to following:

Clear(CheckedItemspdate);
ForAll(
       Gallery1.AllItems,
       Collect(CheckedItemspdate, ID)
)

set the OnUncheck property of the Checkbox1 (outside the Gallery) to following:

Clear(CheckedItemspdate);

when you check the Checkbox1, the CheckedItemspdate collection would be populated with ID values from all items in your Gallery. When you uncheck the Checkbox1, the CheckedItemspdate collection would be cleared.

Please take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved. If you have solved your problem, please consider go ahead to click "Accept as Solution" to identify this thread has been solved.

My on select its not working ,when i select checbox1 from outside gallery , i have written in same way how you guided me , it only work when i check individual checkbox of gallery

       Collect(CheckedItemspdate, ID1)
)

After that, you could click your "Submission" button to execute your ForAll formula.

You could also consider put the formula I provided within the OnSelect property of the Checkbox1:

If(
   Checkbox1.Value,
   Clear(CheckedItemspdate);
   ForAll(
       RenameColumns(Gallery1.AllItems, "ID", "ID1"),            // Gallery1 represent your Gallery control
       Collect(CheckedItemspdate, ID1)
  ),
  Clear(CheckedItemspdate)
)

Please check if you have specified proper formula within the OnCheck and OnUncheck property of Checkbox1.
