Patch Person or Group column in SharePoint and get data from a Combo Box

I have an “Assigned To”  person or group field in my SharePoint List. I am using a Combo Box for the Assign To column in power apps (I will only have 1 person in this field)

1. How do I get the drop down to display the person name for people in my organization.
2. How do I get the patch to update the fields for the current item
3. How do I get patch to Create a new item when necessary.

Patch will Save but creates a new item and I need to get the Assigned To working as well. Any assistance is very much appreciated.

SP List:

Assign To in Power App:

Items = Choices('IT Hardware'.'Assigned To')

DisplayFields =  ["DisplayName"]

SearchFields = ["DisplayName"]

 Save button

Assuming DataCardValue10 is the Combo Box mentioned and 'Assigned Name' is a Text field, you should need

'Assigned Name': DataCardValue10.Selected.DisplayName

Thank you 'Assigned Name': DataCardValue10.Text is a Single line of text in SHarePoint. What I am trying to understand is how to get a dropdown or combo box for Assigned To which is a Person or Group in SharePoint. I need assistance with the combo box and how to Patch to SharePoint (Update current item and ability to create a new item. Data Source SharePoint and Office365 Users

Can you please list the field names and types together with the control names and types (and Items if drop downs) of all the elements you want to patch from and to.
