Hey Guys,
We published an App inside Power Apps to be used on Mobile Phones and Tablets.
The problem now: On the mobile Phone (Android) the app will somehow disconnect and disappear after a couple of hours. If i clear the cage inside Power Apps - nothing happens. Also refresh doesn´t refind the apps.
If i logg off from Power Apps and logg in again, it reappears but will have lost all data. If i restart the phone, it will reappear and all data is still available. In both cases it starts disappearing after a while again.
The funny thing now is: this is not happening on a tablet (Android). A colleague has an iPhone and he says he doesn´t have the problem as well.
Any Idea what could be happeneing and how i can stop this?

This sounds like more of a Device-related issue than anything to do with Power Apps - what brand of phone is it?
Yeah was considering it too. But the device is an sgs 20. Would expect this to be on the top watch list for bugs.
Another guess is that it has to do with an autantication issue through buisiness portal app. I'll try to unistall everything again. Sometimes this works wonders.
No. That didn't work out. Still the app keeps disappearing. Sometimes it reappears now though.
Any idea what i could change on my device to stop this from Happening?
Another important information is probably, that the app has to be run through a security check from my firm via the business portal app. And on the tablet it asks for a password. On the phone it doesn't. Maybe that causes the issue? How can i change that then though? Install microsoft authenticator in addition?

I agree is should not happen with a "mainstream" phone, which is why I asked the question as a popular Chinese phone has some issues at times.
If you are referring to Company Portal authentication, you might try installing this (I needed to and I use my private phone).

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
