I am new to Power Apps.
I currently have a requirement to build a feedback collection app (data source azure sql; feedback collected to SP). I know that I will need power apps premium license.
However, what kind of license app consumers (300+) would need to downstream use.

well that depends on a lot of additional details, for example you could just buy a Power Automate per user licence for your service account and centralize all the power automate flow in that user.
And then you provide 300 regular app passes to your environment only to check the data.

But to define that you need to have a general idea of who is going to trigger flows and who is going to retrieve the data from azure sql, just to be sure that your service account can do it.

I am not sure why power automate is required to trigger a power app feedback collection from n users. Can you please elaborate.
Do I understand that Power automate needs to trigger the flow of feedback collection to a SP list from each nth user providing their feedback through the power app?
Sorry, I didn't explain myself properly. What I mean is that you'll need to provide access to your environment/app using passes, allowing your users to access it on demand. This approach is more cost-effective than assigning a Power Apps per user license, which is more expensive.
The example about Power Automate is relevant when you need to run additional processes, such as sending notifications or performing complex queries, and you cannot directly show your data from SQL.
In that scenario, you can run the Power Automate premium flows using a service account.

The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
