Im having an issue with new entries in a form. I am creating a form for 3 different levels of sales rep. At the home screen they choose their level via 3 buttons and I use a global variable to determine what they will see from there on. There are 3 edit forms and 3 detail screens b/c the fields are very specific and tailor made to the different sales levels.
I am currently testing the powerapp with test entries for all 3 sales level types (A/B/C) and this time I attempted a 'B' entry. I had already submitted an 'C' entry and once i submitted the 'B' entry it replaced the 'C' entry entirely. I view the entry and the 'C' entry and its contents is gone but the 'B' entry is there in its entirety.
I deleted the entries and tried it again. I was able to get 3 entries in this time (A/B/C) but as i entered a 4th entry using 'C' it replaced the B' entry entirely. I backed out of it and went to the homescreen to try another entry but as I selected 'A' for a new entry it brought me to the edit form pre-filled with answers for the first 'A' entry as if I was editing it
Any ideas what is wrong here?
I tried it a few other time and it'll replace a previous entry when i try to submit a new entry. Its pretty random when it decides to replace a prev entry.

If you are using the NewForm for the new items and the edit form for the items that need to be updated, there shouldn't be any overwriting happening.
That's why I said you need to double check and make sure you are loading the correct forms for each scenario.
Have you double checked your formula's to make sure you aren't calling the B or C form when you should be calling the other one?
If you don't want to update the enteries, use a New form instead of an EditForm.
So insert a Button, then OnSelect put:
Newform (YourFormName)
Anytime you click on the button, it will give you a New form for enteries. After submitting, it will create new row.

Hello
I just looked, the OnSelect property of my browsegallery is :
Navigate(AAnswersScreen, ScreenTransition.None)
The 'A' would be for one of the sales types. (A/B/C)
Would that have anything to do with it? What should i do here
Is AAnswersScreen a valid screen? If so, what form do you have appearing on this screen. You indicated that you have separate forms for each as they are very specific.
Have you tried the approach I gave

Hello Yes, AAnswersscreen is 1 of the 3 detail forms.
I'm just pointing out that the Onselect property is set to 1 of the 3 detail forms. Shouldn't it be set to include all 3 detail forms?
Here is what I would do based on the scenario you presented.
If you haven't already done this, write down all the actions that should happen.
E.G - When button a is pressed, ScreenX opens with formNameX
Then go through each navigation action to make sure it's opening to the correct screen and that you are calling the correct forms in each place.
It seems that you have a form being called where it shouldn't be and that is what is overwriting your existing entry.
Hello Yes I do want to update the entries. Some salesreps will have to go back in their entry and make a few changes. New form doesn't apply in this case.
I am trying to get the new entries from overwriting the older entries.
