Power automate & Adobe Sign Agreement saved in OneDrive

Hi there,

I have a script that will save all the documents for each user of a Sharepoint list.

It creates a Folder ( email adress) for each users and then It saves the completed agreements in that folder on OneDrive.

The problem is that I want to have the agreement saved in a subfolder depending on their date.

onedrive/emailadress/Date/file.pdf

As you can see on the attached pic, I put the display date, but i get an error.

When I don't put that, it works fine but put all the documents at once, and you have to open them to get the date of the signature. can't sort them out by month or year...

Hi , @Hichem_R 

As according to your screenshot , it is the issue in Power Automate , you can post your detailed error code when you add the  display date and post the issue to Power Automate forum.

Thanks for replying.

I've found the error.

the "Agreement Date" format is DD/MM/YYYYT and because of the ":" the folder name can't be created.

{"folderPath":"/Documents/TEST/email@ddress/2021-09-30T00:01:20Z"

So what I have to do now, is extract that "Agreement Date", set it as variable, and change so it can be just DD-MM-YYYY. without the time.. Just the hour.

I think it should be ok that way.

Thanks for your quick response! You can use the formatDateTime() function to get the DD-MM-YYYY, Like this:
formatDateTime( Your Agreement List Display Date Expression , 'dd/MM/yyyy' )

You can use this method to get the   Agreement List Display Date Expression:

I don't see it when I try to do what you stated.

but when I just want to add the field I can see it...

So I'm wondering If should do it as a variable and then integrate it in my "create file" section, no?
