PowerApp - Leave Request remove type of holiday & Add new users

Hi,

I am in the process of building the leave request app on powerapps to be used in a sharepoint intranet. I would like to remove some types of holidays and just leave 'Annual leave' and 'Sick leave' - i am not sure how to edit the collection.

Once completed i'd like to add remaining users (with different leave amounts) through their outlook365 accounts and set 1 manager to approve all forms of leave.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

For only leaving 'Annual leave' and 'Sick leave' part, select the LoginScreen, and set its OnStart property to:

Remember that you have to also change the relevant functions/controls names in other parts of this app. Like you have changed the icon name of the anual leave part.

I have changed the properties as per your suggestion. I am not sure what you mean  by other parts of the app - can you please provide each item that requires to be changed.

At the moment the leave type that have been removed are still showing in the balance and request areas of the app.

I have decided to to keep the wording as 'vacation leave' & 'sick leave' so the code is as part the below...

"can you please provide each item that requires to be changed" is the part that would require a LOT of effort on someone elses part.

This app has many interconnected pages and variables. I would suggest going into "View" and then "Variables" and clicking around there to see how the variables interact. That should get you going in the right direction.

Hi, do you use SharePoint list as your data source? It seems the PowerApps template only supports one drive, dropbox etc.. Did you create from scratch? Thanks!

You select the App on the left, go to onstart.
From the

ClearCollect(
LeaveTypeCollection,
Table(

)

Remove the leave types you don't want.

Go to the bottom.

ClearCollect(BalanceCollection,

Year: Text(Year(Now())),

Again, remove the types you don't want.

Now use the document inspector, go carefully to each error, and remove the leave names and types you don't want.

There are quite a couple of places.

Be careful.
