PowerApps stuck in "Opening"

PowerApps that working perfectly along the way.

Recently i didn't change any settings. 
out of sudden it cannot be open and stuck at "Opening". 

I have found that a lot other people facing similar issue and i have tried following steps and no hope: 

1. Clear Cache, Clear Data of Android PowerApps 

2. Fresh install PowerApps 

3. Remove Connection and Connect Back on PowerApps 

4. Disable Use non-blocking OnStart rule features in AppSettings. 

Your kind advice and suggestion will be much appreciated.

Try changing the authoring version - I have needed to go back to 92.24 this week.

I have tried to changing the several authoring version and still having same issue. 

I even tried with Restore to previous version and still the same result.

You have done all the steps normal - as I mentioned I have been having the same issues and I needed to clear the cache again after I changed the authoring version and it is all working again. I do not have any other suggestions at the moment. We use iPads so I am not sure the Android app will have the same solution.

We have been trying to work with Microsoft to determine the cause. As of v3.21113, the issue is still not resolved.

For our test app that we sent them:

- we test Connection.Connected before trying to access SPO or run a flow

- it runs the first time

- Subsequent runs timeout (1 1/2 to 3 minutes) on the "Opening..." which Microsoft says we are still trying to connect.  (Other apps we have exhibit this problem when offline all the time.)

- However, our Notify statements show that our app is NOT running the code within the Connected section, and has completed it's OnStart/OnVisible code before the timeout ends.

- Restarting PowerApps clears the error

- Microsoft says they will lower the timeout length, but not given an ETA for the fix.

This of course, does not tell us what is wrong with the app.

I have also created a version that doesn't use "OnStart", and the issue still occurs. We are testing only on iPhones and iPads, but I am contemplating installing Windows Power Apps to see if the issue occurs with it as well.

I just had the same issue. Updated the "PowerApps" App in google play and it worked again.

This started to happen to my app when I enabled it for offline mode. To work in offline mode, the app installs locally and downloads the data from the Dataverse tables it uses. Look at setting up mobile offline profile to set filters to not load unnecessary data.

I did this but the app sometimes still downloads all items I am going to try opening a case with Microsoft to ask.
