Hi,

In my app already am having a collection like this,

ClearCollect(Types,{PrimaryId:1,Type:"Test1",Description:"Test1.",Icon:'grey-01',Icon_Color:'01',Selected: false },{PrimaryId:2,Type:"Test2",Description:"Test2.",Icon:'grey-02',Icon_Color:'02',Selected: false },{PrimaryId:3,Type:"Test3",Description:"Test3.",Icon:'grey-03',Icon_Color:'03',Selected: false })

This collection for appreciation. 

Now what i need to know In this same collection i need to use for a Greetings With Different types and images.

Shall i here add a category into a collection "Appreciation/Greetings"

Now what i want is how to identify this is for Appreciation and this for Greetings??

How to do this?

Could you please tell that if the Appreciation and Greetings share the same types and images?

Do you want to identity types and images for Appreciation and Greetings?

I am not quite sure how you want to use the collection for.

If the Appreciation and Greetings share the same types and images, I think you could directly add a Dropdown and set the Items property as below:

["Appreciation","Greetings"]

You could save the data by click the Dropdown to identify.

If my understanding is incorrect, please correct me.

Not at all Appreciation and Greetings share the same types and images.

am using this collection on a Gallery with Images and Types.

If a category is Appreciation is shows certain images and types

If it is a Greetings it shows different images and Types.

This is what i need .. I have a two menu button one for Appreciation and other for Greetings .

If i click a appreciation it shows some details, If it is a Greetings it shows some other details.

But same collection.

Do you want to assign different types and image for Appreciation and Greetings?

From your description, the collection Type if for the Appreciation and there are some certain types assigned to Greetings, right?

If so, I think yes, you should add a category column to store the Appreciation and Greetings so that you could identify which one is  for Appreciation and which one is  for Greetings in order to filter the Gallery.

I do not know the specific attribution issues, you should assign certain types to Greetings in your collection firstly.

I have a test on my side, please take a try as below.

Add a button and set OnSelect property as below:

                Type: "Test3",
                Description: "Test3.",

                Selected: false
            }
        ),
        "Category",
        "Appreciation"
    )
);
Patch(
    NTypes,
    Defaults(NTypes),
    {
        Category: "Greetings",
        Description: "Test2.",
        Icon: "TestIcon1",
        Icon_Color: "TestColor",
        PrimaryId: 4,
        Selected: false,
        Type: "Test2"
    }
)

Notice that this formula helps you assign a certain type to the Greetings. If you want to assign more types, please just add another record formatted like {} into the Patch() formula.

And then, add 2 button to filter the Gallery.

Set OnSelect for the Appreciation as follows:

ClearCollect(NTypes1,Filter(NTypes,Category="Appreciation"))

Set OnSelect for the Greetings as follows:

ClearCollect(NTypes1,Filter(NTypes,Category="Greetings"))

I added a column category in a collection with Appreciation and Greetings like this man,

ClearCollect(Types,{PrimaryId:1,Type:"Test1",Description:"Test1.",Icon:'grey-01',Icon_Color:'01',Category:"Appreciation",Selected: false },{PrimaryId:2,Type:"Test2",Description:"Test2.",Icon:'grey-02',Icon_Color:'02',Category:"Appreciation",Selected: false },{PrimaryId:3,Type:"Test3",Description:"Test3.",Icon:'grey-03',Icon_Color:'03',Category:"Greetings",Selected: false })

This is what am used to separate category man.

and Gallery Onselect am using Filter(List,Category="Appreciation") as well as for Greetings Filter(List,Category="Greetings ").
