Powerapps workflow by power automate permission and setting

currently i have build a powerapps data source connect to Online SharePoint list. Set the power automate in powerapps to trigger the email alert. I have inquiry the following:

 

1. If my company turn on 2FA for my ID, will it impact to my power automate setting and my powerapps which is shared to others users ?

2. If my account disabled. (which is created the power automate workflow for my powerapps), will it impact to the powerapps? Is my powerapps still function as usual for users? 

3. My apps did added 2 co-owners. if my account disabled, another co-owner still able to access the apps?

4. Are there any maximum numbers of users for me to share my powerapps?

5. Powerapps created by me , allows concurrent users to access? will it slow?

2. That is a setting your Azure AD admin can set. If not set, it is default (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/active-directory-configurable-token-...)
4. no limits beside that (AFAIK)
5. Users can simultaneously access and play the app. No limits there.

No impact.

What exactly does disabling your account mean?  Do you mean Block Sign in shown as below? 

If so, it won't make an impact on PowerApps. Your account cannot sign in to Microsoft, but the Apps created by you are still available.

Yes, the apps are still available for co-owners

No hard limit. 

5. Powerapps created by me , allows concurrent users to access? will it slow?

Yes, No concurrency limits in Powerapps. Please make sure you connect to a data source that supports concurrent users.

Ex: Excel doesn't support this.

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!   This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
