Print() Function Not Working

I have created a Power App Form that's linked to a SharePoint List.  I have read as much as possible about adding the Print() function to the form.  I added a print icon, added "Print()" to OnSelect and added "Not(Parent.Printing)" to Visible.  When I preview the form and click the Print icon, it launches the print window.  When I publish the form and click the print icon, it doesn't do anything.  Some questions:

1.  One website I read inserted a Portrait Print screen and copied all of the form fields to the Portrait Print screen but kept the original screen and directed it to the Portrait Print screen I think in the forms default function.  Do you have to do it this way or can you simply add the print function to my form's screen. 

2.  Am I missing anything else to make this work.

3.  My form's screen isn't a Portrait Print screen but it has the same dimensions.  Do you have to use the Portrait Print screen?

I read on a post that when you set-up the Portrait Print Screen you need to change the the Default Mode on the original Form Screen to "FormMode.View".  If I do that, when someone clicks to enter a new form from our main SharePoint page, will it go to the Portrait Print Screen or the Original Form Screen that is set-up to open a blank form for data entry.  I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

If you set up a separate Portrait Print screen and change the DefaultMode of the original Form Screen to "FormMode.View", it will affect the behavior when someone clicks to enter a new form from the main SharePoint page.

When the DefaultMode of the original Form Screen is set to "FormMode.View", it means that the form will open in view mode by default. So, if someone clicks to enter a new form, it will open the form in view mode, not in the Portrait Print screen or the original form screen for data entry.

Thank you Shaheer for your in-depth response.  I have responded to your suggestions below.

Make sure that the icon is properly connected to the OnSelect property and triggers the Print() function when clicked.  RESPONSE:  Print() is entered in the OnSelect Property.  When I preview the form and click the Print icon, it launches the print dialog window.

Confirm that this expression evaluates to true when the form is not in printing mode.  RESPONSE:  When I preview the form and click the Print icon, it launches the print dialog window and it doesn’t display the Print icon.  Is there another way to check if it evaluates to true?
• Check if there are any error messages or warnings in the Power Apps formula editor. Sometimes, syntax errors or incorrect references can prevent functions from working as expected. Correct any errors you find and try again.  RESPONSE:  I have looked at all of the properties and see no errors.

Test the form in different environments or browsers. There might be compatibility issues that affect the Print() function in specific scenarios.  RESPONSE:  I use Firefox but tested it on Chrome and same thing, nothing happens when you click the Print icon.
