Published Apps not showing on mobile until viewed on web

We are running into an issue where I can publish an app and share it with someone, but it doesn't show up in PowerApps on their mobile device. It will only show up on their phone when they navigate to the app using the web browser. After they've made that initial web interaction, it will continue to show up even after newer versions are published.

Has anyone else experienced this? What causes it and how do I fix it? I can't roll this out to 1000s of users and require them to first access the app via the browser if we are expecting a mobile experience.

Thank you for your response, but unfortunately after changing regional settings to US we're not able to even login to PowerApps (which might be the result of the fact that the users are in Central Europe).

It seems that users still cannot access apps shared with them from other tenants (and in the error message tenant ID GUID indicates that it's automatically trying to use the tenant ID for the Guest user's organization, not the tenant ID for our company, where the app resides).

Thanks so much. I'm also with a government agency and couldn't figure out why nothing was showing up in the Power Apps app on my iPhone. Your post helped me fix it.

did you got an answer, I have close to 400 users some could find it others couldn't. doesn't make any sense

I have had a similar experience with Power Apps. How did I resolve this issue:

1. Move the App into a Solution, if it's been created outside of Solution.

2. Uninstall and reinstall Power Apps on your mobile device.

3. Make sure that your users are selecting the "All Apps" list, not "My Apps" on their mobile devices.
