Release >= 3.23042.12 And > 100 delegation warning

Can anyone explain to me, why with release version >= 3.23042.12 i am getting delegation warnings (Datavarse)?
With older releases everything works fine, large tables (>10k rows) are queried as expected, but with newer versions the canvas app breaks (2k limit kicks in).

Example: I have to query data from a large (>10k rows) table with a specific timestamp. I was doing it like that:

Filter(
    MyLargeTable;
     rdu_timestamp >= (Date(
         varYear;
         varMonth;
         1
     ) + Time(
         0;
         0;
         0
     )) And rdu_timestamp <= (Date(
         varYear;
         varMonth;
         2
     ) + Time(
         23;
         59;
         59
     ))
 )

Now simple Operators (And, +, <= , >=,...) are giving me with newer release versions delegation warnings.

What did MS changes? Is there now a new "premium" dataverse delegation connector or why did MS remove this delegations? It definitely worked with older versions.

I am not sure of any changes, however if your get the date calculations out of the Filter, it should work fine

@WarrenBelz I inserted your code snippet and no delegation warnings with a newer release version. Thanks for that. But now i would have to wrap every delegation warning into an with(...) statement/function 😞

It looks like the Date() function can not be delegated. So you creating two local var with the calcuated Date. Maybe MS made the Date() function not delegable. My envirnoment is located in europe.

Without seeing your other code, it is a bit hard to comment, however I make a habit of getting all calculations not relating to items/values in the filtered list out of the Filter (they do not need to be in there), whether they are Delegable or not as this also improves performance - the filter is simply sent a static value and does not have to do the calculation on every record comparison.

Ok I managed to get rid of the delegation warnings with a newer release versions by creating a scope for timestamp query operations and precalc the query timestamps in the local scope, as WarrenBelz showed in his example. I guess the solution is :
Suddenly Date() function can not be delegated in europe envirnoments and therefor you have to precalc everything related to Date() and query only with the calculated result. You could do that with Set(), UpdateContext() or With().

With() is a far better option as it does not leave a one-use Variable "hanging around" - cumulatively these can affect performance.

@sustinow I can confirm that with Release >= 3.23042.12 something has changed with delegation and I also have to deal with a lot of delegation warnings. Did not expect the application to break overnight to be honest. But, glad I am not alone. 

Since I have to deal with a large number of them, temporarily I am using an older version (3.23041.11) till I update all formulas.

@webdeveloper the most annoying thing was, that the delegation warning was on the operator (And, Or, <=, >=, etc.) and not the Date() function. So i thought the operator is the problem. Just make sure you use pre calcucated/populated variables for your queries. Don't let dataverse (or whatever data source you have) do the calculation or execution of unnecessary functions, that could be executed local in your app.
