Saving collections in sharepoint

Hi everyone, trying to save the collections on my SP list but there were columns on the collections that don't save on the SP list. What I have missed? Thanks!

Here's my save button code. 

Collect(

I tried the patch but it doesn't work for me. There's this annoying red line here 🙂

Hey @rbalza -Column headers appear to have spaces between words, indicating that certain values are not recorded in SP List. Please update those headers in the collection that include spaces from Client Name to

Client_x0020_Name.

Otherwise as @StalinPonnusamy explained, collection should created using Defaults(Datasource) to match the schema.

I think this might be the answer. Will try the other way. Instead of changing the name, will remove the spaces between the ClientName, and with this should I change the SP list column header as well? Thanks!

Good catch @Ashwin7104 . Yes, Spaces will not be accepted. Updated data does not have spaces.

I tried to use _x0020_ or a single quote in the collection and not works (throwing error). So please remove spaces in the column names.

@rbalza - Yes, Collection headers name should match the SharePoint column internal name.

Hi all, not sure if it is a bug or something but I removed the header spaces to SP lists and collection, however, some columns were there some were not.  these columns right here

Hi @rbalza 

In the screenshot looks like "Complexity Val.." has space. May be wrong.

One last thing. Can you verify each column internal name in SP. 

• Go to List Settings
• Click the field
• Find the internal name on the URL

In the below example, the Column display name is "Issue description" but the internal name is Description.

That one I missed, and it should be the same by now. However, still not working. By the way, I am using teams on this so I am not sure if it is buggy to use it or what.

Now I had to put it back the _x0020_ again not sure where it comes from after renaming the column headers but somehow the data has been pick up. Thanks, guys for your assistance.

Is it necessary to put the column names of the collection as same as the SharePoint List column names (Internal names)??

to be able to Post the collection data into sharePoint??
