Setting Sharepoint List Form to Full Window Height

This seems to have been an issue going back a few years now, and I was wondering if anyone has found any sort of solution yet to make a custom Sharepoint list form reach from the top of the screen to the bottom of the screen. I would love for someone to come along and tell me I'm being stupid and you just do X, Y, and Z - but so far I have yet to find a solution while scouring the forums and help blogs and youtube. 

Our office has several different models of monitors floating around with different resolutions etc, but if you end up viewing the list on a higher resolution monitor you end up with a ton of blank space. I've attached a pretty basic screenshot. 

Some of the solutions proposed by others over the years have been: "just make a full screen canvas app" and while that seems like a good enough idea, I'm kind of an idiot who threw this thing together on the fly to save us from a much worse solution. It works fine, it's completely functional for what we need it to do. I just want the thing to reach from the top of the screen to the bottom. 

It's beyond baffling to me that the default sharepoint list does this function just fine, and then it's a herculean task to make a powerapp form do the same.
