SharePoint List - Yes/No field not saving everytime?

Hi

I've got a pretty simple app that connects to a SharePoint list, on the list are a number of text columns and a 3 choice (Yes/No) columns.  The PA is used to either enter new items or edit existing ones.  When I only had the one choice column on the form the PA worked as expected.  Now I've added 2 additional columns when you edit an item and change the Yes/No fields it isn't saved everytime.  It all seems a bit ramdom but sometimes the form will flash and nothing happens and other times it will show the change.  On my Win10 phone the app never updates so this is a bit more of a consistant fail.  I'm not seeing any errors within the App or through the designer. 

Has anyone see anything like this before?

Thanks for reaching us.

To reproduce this issue on my side, I create a SharePoint list which has three Yes/No column types.

Then I create an app based on this list automatically.

I can create a new record or edit an existing record without any issues.

How is your app created?

After saving the data, can you check the changed data on the list?

The column type of the 3 choice columns is Yes/No column or Choice? In my test, I use Yes/No(check box) column type.

Thanks for the reply.

I can confirm my Yes/No are created in the exact same way as you've done.  I've just been playing with the app now and I think I see what is happening, the connection to the SharePoint list isn't refreshing/updating.  For example if I edit the app within the PowerApps UWP app the screens of the app show a yellow explanation mark with an error "Invalid name", clicking on the "Fields" tab under "Options" I can see some of the columns have red X next to them.  While in this state the app doesn't work and the data it shows is wrong i.e doesn't match the data on the list.  If I then refresh the connection within the editor and run the app again I can make/save edits.  However running the app outside of the editior the problem persists.  I've added a refresh button to the forms using the "Refresh()" option but this doesn't seem to make any difference, the data in the app is still displayed incorrectly.

The app was created using the PowerApps UWP app on Windows 10.  It is worth noting that the app was built in the preview environment and I've sinced saved this as a local file them imported into my GA environment as per MS instructions.  Maybe something?

Looks like my issue could be similar to this post, I'll keep an eye on that one.
