SharePoint Power Apps form loading same item for all entries in the list

I have a custom form I use for a list our team uses. We have been using it with no issues for the last several years, but today we are having issues where the same item is loading in the form regardless of which item we select in the list.

Is there a way to fix this? The Items code was not changed at all in the form, so I am not sure what might be causing the issue.

Only one of your conditions need to be true, and in this case you are getting a true and a false, therefore, the first action will always be executed:

If(IsBlank(SharePointIntegration.Selected) || IsEmpty(SharePointIntegration.Selected),Last('ISR Tracking'),SharePointIntegration.Selected)

The first action being: Last('ISR Tracking')

So it will never executed the SharePointIntegration.Selected, which is what I think you wanted.  So maybe just use the "IsEmpty" and eliminate the "IsBlank".  "Is Empty" works on datasets and I believe that is what "SharePointIntegration.Selected" is.

Try to put SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID into a label and see it's value.  It's probably not the value you think it is.  You probably need to go one level deeper list SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID.ID

This is not to be taken verbatim, as I'm not sure if ID is the right thing.  But you can put a period after the SelectedListItemID to see if there are choices to choose from.

It appears you are getting closer to finding out what's going on.  Hope my suggestions are helping 🙂

I did try setting my Item formula to this:  

If(IsEmpty(SharePointIntegration.Selected),Last('ISR Tracking'),SharePointIntegration.Selected)

I also have a Label object that I setting with this formula:

SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID & "
" & SharePointIntegration.Selected.ID & "
" & IsEmpty(SharePointIntegration.Selected)

I am not sure why the SelectedListItemID returns the ID, but Selected.ID (which is supposed to be returning the ID column of the selected item) returns a null

SharePointIntegration is a Control

SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID is a number

SharePointIntegration.Selected is a Record

SharePointIntegration.Selected.ID is a number

Just to bring a bit of closure (though the issue is not "resolved") ... it had nothing to do with the Items and how we were loading the records. There is another field "Assigned Engineer" we wanted to make required, and any updated to the required attribute for that field caused the issue. We were finally able to roll back to a good version of the form, and got things working again. But, any time we change the required attribute, it breaks the loading of the records into the Power Apps form.

Yikes ... we are going to open a ticket with Microsoft to see if this is a known bug or not...
