I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to chime in and mention that I'm encountering a similar issue with shared users in the app I developed. Like you, my client shared the application with their team, and it seems that the shared users are unable to submit the form.
I've ensured that the users have edit access to all the relevant lists and sites, yet they are still unable to save the data. It's quite perplexing, and I've been investigating potential solutions without much success so far.
Has anyone else in the community experienced a similar problem or found a workaround? I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions to help resolve this issue.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hey there, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to jump in and mention that I'm facing a similar issue with shared users in the app I developed. Just like you, my client shared the application with their team, but it seems that the shared users are unable to submit the form.
I've double-checked that the users have edit access to all the necessary lists and sites, yet they're still unable to save the data. It's quite puzzling, and I've been scouring for potential solutions with little luck so far.
I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share that I'm having a similar issue with shared users in my app. My client shared the app with their team, but the shared users can't submit the form.
I've made sure that these users have edit access to all the necessary lists and sites, but they still can't save the data. It's confusing, and I've been trying to find a solution to this website without much luck.
Has anyone else faced this problem or found a workaround? I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions to help fix this issue.
Thanks in advance for your help!
It sounds frustrating dealing with this issue. When shared users can't submit forms despite having the necessary permissions, it often points to a few potential issues:
Permissions Setup: Double-check if the shared users have not only edit access to lists and sites but also the correct permissions on the form itself. Sometimes, form submission rights are separate from general list access.
Form Configuration: Ensure that the form is configured to allow submissions from users with edit access. There might be settings within the form settings that control who can submit data.
Workflow or Validation Rules: If there are workflows or validation rules set up in your app, they could be preventing form submissions for specific users. Check if there are any conditions that might be blocking submissions inadvertently.
Browser or Session Issues: Sometimes, issues with browsers or session caching can prevent forms from being submitted. Have the users try clearing their cache or using a different browser to rule out these possibilities.
Platform-Specific Issues: Depending on the platform or app you're using, there could be specific bugs or limitations that affect form submissions for shared users. Checking for updates or consulting the platform's support resources might provide insights.
If you've already covered these bases and are still stuck, reaching out to the app's support team or community forums specific to your platform might yield more targeted solutions. Also, if you have experience with Download CapCut for PC, I'd be curious to hear if you've encountered similar user permission issues or found effective workarounds.
Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
Check Permissions: Ensure that the shared users have the correct permissions not just for editing lists and sites, but also for submitting forms. In SharePoint, permissions can sometimes be granular, so verify that they have contribute or higher permissions on the specific list where the form is located.
List Settings: Double-check the list settings to ensure that users have permission to add and edit items. Navigate to the list, click on "List Settings" from the ribbon or gear icon, and then check the permissions for the users in question. I've been trying to find a solution to this website without much luck.
Form Settings: If you're using a custom form or a SharePoint list form, verify the settings within the form itself. Ensure that it allows users to submit data without any restrictions that might prevent submission.
Versioning and Check-Out: If versioning or check-out is enabled on the list, ensure that it's not preventing users from submitting their changes. Sometimes, if a user has checked out an item and not checked it back in, it can prevent others from making changes.
Browser Compatibility: Check if the issue persists across different browsers or devices. Sometimes, browser settings or compatibility issues can affect form submission in SharePoint.
Error Messages: If there are any specific error messages when users try to submit the form, they can provide clues about what might be going wrong. Check the SharePoint logs or error messages displayed to users.
Testing Permissions: As an administrator or developer, try accessing the form with the same permissions as the shared users to replicate the issue. This can help identify if the problem is related to permissions or something else.
By systematically checking these points, you should be able to pinpoint the cause of the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it. If you need further assistance with specific settings or configurations, feel free to provide more details or error messages encountered.
