The specified column is read only and cant be modified

I have been starting to get this error the past couple of days, but I am not sure what the issue. when a user create a record (saved in SharePoint), and then wants to go back to edit it. I get the following: 

The specified column is read only and cant be modified

at another point, I got this error message as well:

The requested operation is invalid. Server Response: RAIL List failed: Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131904 clientRequestId: bc2f77b0-c1c4-4efc-826c-c7a77425bbb1 serviceRequestId: bc2f77b0-c1c4-4efc-826c-c7a77425bbb1

I don't even know which column it is referring to or anything.  A sample of the form is down below...

And on the onselect of the Update RAIL item button is:

What is the main issue?? I tried disconnecting the Sharepoint data sources, and reconnectiong them, but that didn't help..

Hi Tony,

To resolve the issue, follow these steps:

1. Open your existing app in PowerApps Studio.
2. Select "Settings."
3. Choose "Support" and check the current PowerApps Studio version for the current session.
4. If you're instructed to change the version of your current PowerApps Studio session, select "Edit" or "Change authoring version" from 3.23111.17 to 3.23105.17.

Try this, and it should work for you. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

I am experiencing the same issue here; everything was working fine till the previous day, but it seems to have gone haywire suddenly in the morning. The patch function is not accepting data for the choice type column as well as for the person type column, whereas the text type column seems to work fine. Could this be the result of the recent UI change from Microsoft?

Thank you so much @BadriPradhan . This seemed to have fixed my issue. For everyone else tearing their hair out about this, I am not even using the Patch function so it seems that the issue goes deeper than that.

I don't have access to the version you suggested to roll back to @BadriPradhan so I have rolled back to the next previous version (3.23104.18). Is there any danger in doing this?

Thank you for the updates. Changing the authoring version couldn't solve the problem.

But the issue seems fixed by now. No changes in Power Apps logic and SharePoint List settings.

But is there any official alerts/pages that we can aware of the issue at that time?

Does anyone know why changing the authoring version fixes this?  I am currently experiencing this same issue with the Patching error.
