OK @azzamnizam ,

Firstly, you did not answer the question we all asked as to what the column type for the radio buttons is in SharePoint.

It is obviously not a SharePoint Choices column as Radio1.Selected.Value does not work.

It will either be Radio.Selected.Result is from a Distinct filter or Radio1.Selected.FieldName, where FieldName is the actual name of the field is filtered on - that is why we need the Items property of the Radio control.

In the explanation below, I will use Radio1.Selected.xxxx until you get or discover this value. When you type in Radio1.Selected. the available valid values should be directly underneath.

So on the Visible property of both the text input and the DatePicker, put the following

Radio1.Selected.xxxx = "On Leave"

To make them compulsory, on the Check In button, add this to the code. Note I have used YourCalendar and YourComments for the control names and YourForm for the form - you will need to change to your actual names,

If(
   Radio1.Selected.xxxx = "On Leave" &&
   (
      isBlank(YourCalendar) || isBlank(YourComments)
   ),
   Notify("You need to complete both date and comments", NotificationTye.Error),
   SubmitForm(YourForm)
)

Hi @WarrenBelz

The column type did you mean this one(pic below)? I thought it already share on previous response but it's only the column not including the type.

Apologies on that, here I attached the details.

____

The xxxx means is the column name in my sharepoint ?

Screenshot 2020-03-31 at 8.31.29 PM.png

and for calendar, do I need to add calendar on the screen ?

OK @azzamnizam ,

I will ask some specific details to see if I can sort this for you.

  • Which column is attached to Radio1?
  • What is the Items property of the Radio1 control
  • Also you mentioned the calendar in a previous post (I was just responding to this)
    If user select 'On Leave' radiobutton, the calendar & Textinput will appear for the user to key in as mandatory.
    If you do not need this, please disregard

It is not difficult to do what you want - we just need to refer properly to Radio1's content to show the field.

Hi @WarrenBelz ,

The answer is on Red

  • Which column is attached to Radio1?

Remarks

  • What is the Items property of the Radio1 control

Item : ["In Office","EOC","Work From Home","Under Quarantine","On Leave"]

  • Also you mentioned the calendar in a previous post (I was just responding to this)
    If user select 'On Leave' radiobutton, the calendar & Textinput will appear for the user to key in as mandatory.

Let me try on this  code first.

OK @azzamnizam ,

Back almost to the beginning here - if

  • your control is called Radio1
  • Its field Remarks is a Single line of text
  • Its Items property is ["In Office","EOC","Work From Home","Under Quarantine","On Leave"]

then the reference to this control must be Radio1.Selected.Value

So the Visible property of both the text input showing the note "eg others" is

Radio1.Selected.Value = "On Leave"

To make them compulsory, on the Check In button, add this to the code. Note I have used YourComments for the control name and YourForm for the form - you will need to change to your actual names,

If(
   Radio1.Selected.Value = "On Leave" &&
   isBlank(YourComments),
   Notify("You need to complete both date and comments", NotificationType.Error),
   SubmitForm(YourForm)
)

Please click Accept as solution if my post helped you solve your issue. This will help others find it more readily. It also closes the item. If the content was useful in other ways, please consider giving it Thumbs Up.
