Understanding code from a guide

Hi,

I am new to PowerApps, and I am trying to make an app for keeping our employees information up to date. I was following this https://powerapps.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/implementing-role-based-permission/ guide because we only want specific people to be able to do this. In Step 3-3 he said "3. You’ll get following dialogue box. By importing an OpenAPI file, you are essentially importing a Swagger file. Use the Swagger file I created for this scenario". This Swagger file has unused code that I think would do well for my project. Can someone help figure out how to use the rest of the code? I went through the guide and got everything to work, but the left out code at the bottom. Sorry if this is in the wrong topic, but again I am new and did not see any better place to put it. If you could point me to the right place to post this, I will gladly do that as well even if it is a different website. I would just contact the person who made the forum, however, I cannot seem to find anyway to get in contact with him.

Swagger file or the OpenAPI file are the same thing.

Basically, swaggers are the translations for the REST API message, which is used to make sure the App Service within PowerApps understands the request or the Response for the Graph API here for example.

So the basic actions that you wuold like to achieve is documented under the Graph API document:
