Unknown error on Attachment datacard

I have a Power Apps form linked to a Sharepoint list, it was working fine and now suddenly (I think perhaps since refreshing the data) getting an “unknown error” on a DataCard.

Strangely, the “Attachments” column (which is a default Sharepoint column) is not included in the List Settings in Sharepoint.

I have tried removing the DataCard in Power Apps and re-adding the field and noticed that it doesn’t contain the paperclip icon next to the “Attachments” field name

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I just found 1 solution to fix this issue. 

step1: Get attachments.

OnVisible of Screen : add code below

Set(_SelectedItem, LookUp(YourListName,ID=ThisItem.ID));  // Get Item 

Set(_Attachments_Main, If(_SelectedItem.HasAttachments , _SelectedItem.Attachments , Blank()) ); // Attachments

Step2: Update Attachments Data card 

Delete default of attachment data card

Set _Attachments_Main to items property of attachment control 

Set Value of Attachment control to Value (to fix download file error)

Done.

I think "ThisItem.Attachments" code was return Null instead Blank(). 

Hope this help and Hope MS will fix that isse soon.

Definitely the authoring version causing the issue. Rolled back to 3.23031.19 . Thank you @OPo

I have same issue, been trying to rollback to previous authoring version without success, PowerApps is forcing me to use 3.23032.12 no matter what authoring version I want to change.

Tried other fix like remove the default ThisItem.Attachments and put it back <= still not working for me. 😞

Big thanks for the solution! Note that it can be further simplified by just changing the DataCard's Default value to this:

If(ThisItem.'Has attachments',ThisItem.Attachments,Blank())

Same issue here... although it doesn't stop the app/form submission from functioning properly - you just get the annoying "Unknown error occurred" message. 

Changing to previous authoring version seems to have fixed (3.23031.19).

I have encountered the same error.

I thought I may have introduced the error in the last couple of days so I reverted to some code from months back and the error persisted.

The fix suggested by "eltibu" did not work for me. 

I have two screens. The first screen is a simple gallery. And the other screen is dedicated to adding attachments to the item from that gallery.

I receive the error If I navigate to the attachment screen for an item in the gallery that has no attachment.

(But if I return to the gallery and then go back again to the attachment screen for that same item the error does not appear.)

Also, I do not receive the error if I navigate to a gallery item that already has attachments.

I find the Canvas Power APP still works as expected if I just dismiss the red error banner.

Not sure that helps but maybe it's a clue for someone.
