Update one column in SP List record on Scan

Hi, I am building an inventory management system that scans a QR Code into a SP List which populates three separate columns in that List. The QR Scan reads as Product:PalletID;QTY. The warehouse employee scans this QR Code on pallets to build an inventory list. 

Currently the scan allows me to separate the QR code into three separate columns in SP on scan. The syntax for scanning in product is as follows:

In our company, we assemble boxes, and as a result the quantity on a pallet changes when the boxes go from being flat to erected. 

A different employee would need to scan a QR with the same information as before, however this QR would have a different quantity. I can create a new QR Code with the updated quantity, however I don't know what syntax to use to update the SP record on scan with it only updating the quantity (and leaving the rest of the information the same). 

Can someone please advise what the correct syntax would be?

Here's one way.

///Filter the list so your results list returned is only the item you want, which will be matching the scanned palette id versus the palette id column in your list
                Filter(TMROSTER, EmployeeSSO = 123456789) As _list,
///This Portion is the update. _list.ID won't change, but the displayname portion should change to your quantity column, and the "Hancock, John" to your scanned quantity

Hi, thank you for your response. I have tried the following syntax and it isn't working. I think it is more my Power Apps knowledge as opposed to your instructions. 

UpdateContext({vScanCode:BarcodeScanner6_4.Value});Patch('Barcode Database Test';ForAll(Filter('Barcode Database Test', QrCode = PalletID0), {ID:QRCode, Scanned_x0020_In_x0020_Quantity: "Quantity0"}))

To help clarify the fields in my list:

QR Code = QRCode

Product = Product
Pallet ID = PalletID0
Quantity Scanned = Quantity0

Can you please point out where I'm going wrong?
