Updating Column Sharepoint list with Powerapps

Hello pros in Powerapps!!! I have an issue

I want to create a voting app on new ideas,

When people change the toggle then add the peoples name in Likes column and add number of likes in NumberOfLikes 

1. I have Sharepoint list Ides with 3 columns(newIdeas, Likes, NumberOfLikes  )

2. I created a toggle when with onChange: Patch([@Ideas],Defaults([@Ideas]),BrowseGallery1_4.Selected,{Likes:Office365Users.MyProfile().DisplayName})     

3. I want to update and add a person who cliked,in an existing data in "Likes" Column but dont know how to write codes 

4. Also count peoples who clicked

Please help me to create the codes.

Hi @altanzaya ,

I am assuming that the new idea is in a that the user has selected in BrowseGallery1_4, (you did not mention the data source of this or the column name - please advise this) so to add a "Like" as a new record to the SharePoint list Ideas with the idea in the field newIdeas and the logged in user's name in Likes, you would do this

Patch(
   [@Ideas],
   Defaults([@Ideas]),
   {
      newIdeas:BrowseGallery.Selected.YourIdeaFieldName     //add the actual name here
      Likes:User().FullName
   }
)     

 You have you mentioned update but I am not sure what you are updating as your code is for a new record.

Once you clarify all of this, I can you you how to but a total in total likes, but I need to know the information above.

I mean by updating is when I use function Patch as below then it erases data which was in Like column, but I need to keep the data of Like column.

I just want to keep the name of people who clicked toggle Like.

I am a little confused - you are Patching a new record, so how is it erasing exiting data - can you please send a screen shot.

Maybe I am using wrong function.

I want to add all the names in our organization who clicked like toggle.

I have added my powerapp and sharepoint.

Firstly you do not need the Defaults() unless you want a new record.

If you simply want to update an existing record with the users who liked it and add 1 to the NumberOfLikes, try this

UpdateIf(
   Ideas,
   ID = BrowseGallery1_4.Selected.ID,
   {
      Likes: 
      If(
         IsBlank([@Ideas].Likes),
         User().FullName,
         [@Ideas].Likes & ", " & User().FullName
     ),
      NumberOfLikes: [@Ideas].NumberOfLikes+1
   }
)

I have an error when I put it and when I add comma and change the data source to  [@Ideas] it also says some error. 

Please help me to solve.

Problem of not being on PC to test - this should work

   Ideas,
   ID = BrowseGallery1_4.Selected.ID,
   {
      Likes: 
      If(
         IsBlank(Likes),
         User().FullName,
         Likes & ", " & User().FullName
     ),
      NumberOfLikes: NumberOfLikes+1
   }
)

Could please help to find a solution for displaymode?

I have written  If(Toggle1.Value = true, DisplayMode.Disabled, DisplayMode.Edit) for Displaymode but it is disabling all toggle1.

I want to disable only selected toggles.
