Users error messages

Hello guys, could you please let me know why my users are getting this error?

I can see the app on my phone but the rest of the people not.

I have set permissions as "user"

Still no luck, not even chaging permission to contributor, any idea why my users are getting that error?

Hello there I have the data in Onedrive with shared permissions, I have my users as "users" and also I've changed to "contributor" but no one of my users can't use the two apps so far.

Any idea?

Both apps are working fine in my phone but no in the other users phones.

 Let me know please because this is very frustrating, I shared this app with my team with no a good results.

Still no solution for this, I was wondering if I am the only one getting this error using onedrive or somebody else is having this?

Could anyone please provide an effective solution?

Hi Sajarac,

I'm having the same issue as you, same as other people. As I commented in another topic earlier today, this seems to be generalized and probably a bug... I've subscribed to another 3 or 4 posts with the same symptoms as ours to see if any of them get a solution from the Microsoft's staff, but still nothing.

Hi @sajaracand @JayFernback,

For a workaround, please consider move your data source into SharePoint Online,  and make sure your users have access there.

Then change the data source under your App and see if this would make it work.

In addition, we have already collected this, and reported it internally.
