Using powerapp to update column values for a specific id?

Hi everyone,

Here I am trying to update few rows that is already there in the db table. Please make sure you have a look to the screenshot attached at least once.

Context :-
i) There is a gallery where I am retrieving all the projects that is assigned to my name by filtering the dropdown.
ii) Remember all the project having different kpi_bucket and names.
iii) Now I want on the KPI Bucket dropdown, It should return all unique kpi_buckets that is assigned on all the project listed in the gallery. I have used this code, but it only returning for last record.

Code I tried : 

In colOrderList collection, I am storing all unique project id that is checked.

Distinct(Filter('[dbo].[CycleDataInputTableDev]', project_id in colOrderList.PID), kpi_bucket)

iv) Then in same way I want all unique kpi_name that is assigned on the project listed in the gallery. I have used this code, but it only returning for last record.

Filter('[dbo].[CycleDataInputTableDev]', project_id in colOrderList.PID && kpi_bucket = kpiBucketReviewComboBox2_2.Selected.Result)

v) Lastly in the value field, I gonna pass any random value, but it should update the same project that the kpi name is assigned to not for others projects.

Suppose project 1 has kpi_name A,B,C and now i just want to update the values for kpi_name A and C so it should update only for kpi_name A, C not B for only this project. if anything need more explanation pls ask. As I am a beginner, maybe I have missed something

Assuming you already have the KPI buckets in your Gallery, then your Formulas should be based on the Gallery.

You seem to indicate you want a Dropdown with those KPI Buckets listed from all of the items in the Gallery.

So, the question is, what column of your Gallery contains the KPI buckets?

In general, the solution is to reference the records of the Gallery and then use that as the basis for your dropdown items.

Hey @RandyHayes , Thanks for responding!
The Items in Gallery is from one table and the data I am fetching in those dropdowns is from another table by considering the project_id I am filtering the kpi_bucket dropdown. 

As I mentioned I am storing all unique project ids here in this collection : colOrderList
