Values in multi-select lookup from SharePoint (data type is number) display as decimals instead of whole numbers

I'm working with an integrated SharePoint form in Power Apps. In the SharePoint list, I have a lookup column where the primary value is a number column in the same list. The number column is set in SharePoint to use zero (0) decimal places. In the form (app) in SharePoint, the drop-down shows the values correctly, when I select the values, they display in the field correctly until I select save. On save, the values update to show a decimal and eleven (eleven!) trailing zeros. For example, I expand the drop-down and select 225. When I save the record, I see 225.00000000000 in the field on the form. However, the value appears correctly as 225 in the SharePoint list. It also functions as a link in the list as expected. This really seems like a display issue on the Power Apps side.

I have tried many different ways to solve for this in Power Apps, including:

• Round(Value('Your Calculated Field'),0)
• Text(Value(ThisItem.Waiting), "[$-en-US]#,#")
• AddColumns(Choices([@'CSI Register PROD'].Waiting),"FormatedValue", Text(Abs(Value)))
• ForAll(ThisItem.Waiting As selectedItems, Text(Abs(selectedItems.Id)))

I suspect there's a simple solution, but I haven't been able to find it. Thanks in advance.

Is it necessary for you to select id from the dropdown?

You could select the Value from the Choices([@'CSI Register PROD'].Waiting) directly.

Hi Qi, thanks for responding.

I'm already selecting the Value from Choices. The source column is called "CSI ID," but it's a uniquely generated ID number, not the system ID (I probably should have mentioned that in my original post). The number is auto incremented in the Power App.

@_ALG_ Did you find a solution to this? I have exactly the same issue.

The column is also a lookup in SharePoint.

My datacardvalue DefaultSelectedItems is set to Parent.Default.

If I add a label to the card and set that to Value(ThisItem.ColumnName), it displays the rounded number, but the same formula won't work under DefaultSelectedItems, and I can't reference the label value either. 

It's looking for a table value but I can't figure that out.

I've worked it out. In DefaultSelectedItems:

{Value: Value(ThisItem.ColumnName)}

You could try:

{Value: LookUp('TargetListName'; 'TargetColumnName' = ThisItem.'ColumnName'.Value; 'TargetColumnName')}

e.g {Value: LookUp('TargetListName'; 'CSI ID' = ThisItem.Waiting.Value; 'CSI ID')}

I don't know how it behaves when the combobox control has SelectMultiple: true)

When I try this, I get a scope error: "This formula uses scope, which is not presently supported for evaluation." Data type is table.
