When items are updated - My flow keeps firing other flows

I have 4 Flows that I have labelled Steps - 

Step 1: Send an email to the submitter & then to production team
Step 2: A manager approval request is requested "DOP to Approve" Sends an email to the manager
Step 3: The Manager (DOP) approves, Column: DOP Approval and it sends an email to production. "DOP to Approve" is still in the column: TT Processed)

Step 4: Production team changes to processed "Processed" (Column: TT Processed)

Then my Step 2 flow fires again!

I added these trigger conditions to Step 3: (tried to stop it firing again)
@equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/DOPApproval/Value'],'Approved')
@equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/TTProcessed/Value'],null)

I added these trigger conditions to Step 4:
@equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/TTProcessed/Value'],'Processed')
@equals(triggerOutputs()?['body/DOPApproval/Value'],'Approved')

I'm completely lost now and huddling in a corner crying 😞

Could you summarize the approval process you are trying to achieve ?

I am trying to send an approval email to the manager to approve a request.

Below is the form they change TT:Processed (Column Name) from "Not Reviewed" to DOP to Approve"

This triggers a flow (STEP 2) and sends an email to the Manager.

The manager receives the email and then can change a power apps form with a drop down box. DOP Approval (Column Name). When they approve the form using the drop down box "Approved" it sends an email to production.

When this happens it re-fires an email.  I think because 'DOP to Approve' is still in there.

I have tried to have it update item but it ends up re-sending more emails

So it seems that when Step 3 runs it also runs step 2.

Thanks the brief 
You need to make some changes 
After the first flow 
Add a control name  Get Changes for the item or file ...

Since - Trigger window start token 

Until the Trigger window ends token 

Add a condition control that checks if the Column is changed and if the Column Status Value is equal to DOP Approval 
ADD other conditions after
