Which Fields to Import to Table before creating form?

I am new to PowerApps and am looking to move an excel based open/closed roles process to PowerApps.

In the excel file, there are inputs someone would type in for a new open role, and, there are columns that calculate based on the inputs. For example, when someone enters a new open roles Department and Business Unit, several other fields calculate (formula driven) the roles Cost Center, FP&A Business Partner, etc based on lookup tables. They will then come back to that line item once the role is filled or if they need to make a change to any of the fields like if they are moving the role to a different department. It's a live table of open and closed roles we use for headcount forecasting.

In PowerApps I want to be able to do the same thing but am struggling with the beginning stages. If I want to import the current excel file as a Table, should I only bring over the columns that are manual inputs then create new columns for the formula driven columns in the Table? Or should I import all columns? I ask because once I create a Form that allows for a new record to be added to the Table, how will the calculated fields they do not need to import calculate if I have hard data in the Table for those columns?

Thanks for the quick reply, Ali! By importing the the manual input columns, you mean creating a table with those columns (and rows of live data), then creating a blank canvas app and connecting to Dataverse then the Table I just created? Or just import the column headers then connect to the Datasource after? I may not be making sense, do you by chance do 1:1s for a fee?
