checkbox how to reset, clear when i submited or when i entered screen

I have a check box in the gallery.
And multiple selections can be made with this checkbox.
This multi-selected data enters the form and should be subsited to SP.

However, if you submit or enter this screen, all the previously selected values are checked, so I hope that everything will be false if you submit or enter this screen.

Code used for OnSuccess in form:

UpdateContext({ResetCheckbox:true});
UpdateContext({ResetCheckbox:false});

checkbox OnCheck:

Collect(colcheckvalue,{Value:ThisItem.product_name})

checkbox OnUnCheck:

Remove(colcheckvalue, {Value:ThisItem.product_name})

However, an error occurred.
The collection has no problem by typing "Clear(colorcheckvalue); }" in the OnVisible properties on the screen.

I want the checkbox resolved to be initialized.

Until I write "UpdateContext({ResetCheckbox:true}); UpdateContext ({ResetCheckbox:false});" in Form
True and false in the check box worked without any problems.

So you want the checkboxes to be reinitialized when submitting the form?

In that case, you can use "Reset()" to reset the controls.

Reset(checkbox1);
Reset(checkbox2)

How have you set the "Checked" property of  your checkboxes? Is it set to check the presence of the corresponding record in "colcheckvalue"?

As mentioned above, it was executed well without any problems using collection.

checkbox OnCheck: Collect(colcheckvalue,{Value:ThisItem.product_name})

checkbox OnUnCheck:  Remove(colcheckvalue, {Value:ThisItem.product_name})

With this code, the collection worked fine without any problems
There was a problem when I put the reset code of the check box.

I understand you want to reset the checkbox at a certain time. To do that, the "Checked" property of the checkbox must contain a formula which returns TRUE when the user check, or FALSE when the user uncheck, submit the form or leave/re-enter the screen.

If that is correct, then I need you to tell me how the "Checked" property was set in your app. If you write something like "IsBlank(LookUp(colcheckvalue, Value = ThisItem.product_name))" then the checkbox will automatically check or uncheck itself because you've already set "OnCheck" and "OnUncheck" to collect and remove an item in this collection.

That means clearing the collection "colcheckvalue" will make all checkboxes uncheck themselves.

If my suggestion is still not on point, could you describe more the problem you have when you reset the checkbox by changing the value of "ResetCheckbox"? And how do you reset the checkboxes by setting the variable from TRUE to FALSE in the same paragraph?

 I used the code below to set the check box. However, FALSE when i submit the form or leave/re-center the screen, the collection has been initialized to 0, but the check box is still selected.

When you submit it and go back to the screen: ( I have to solve this problem.)

When I select 5 tick boxes, the collection also returns 5 boxes.

When I select 3 tick boxes, the collection also returns 3 boxes.(When I canceled two)

Only a formula is needed to return false when submitting the form, leaving the screen, or going back in.

checkbox collection code:

OnCheck():  Collect(colcheckvalue,{Value:ThisItem.product_name})
OnUncheck():  Remove(colcheckvalue, {Value:ThisItem.product_name})

I've replicated at my end and can reset all checkboxes in a gallery at the same time. Here's how:

1. On a behavioural property of your choice (ie, OnSelect, OnVisible etc), have the following code. Note that this looks the same as yours, but the false is first instead of second:

UpdateContext({ResetCheckbox: false});
UpdateContext({ResetCheckbox: true})

2. In the Reset property of the checkbox control in your gallery, add the ResetCheckbox variable (or whatever your

If you want to reset the checkboxes in the gallery when you submit the form, then you can try the solution I gave you in my previous post, meaning:

Checkbox.Default = Not(IsBlank(LookUp(colcheckvalue;Value = ThisItem.product_name)))
//Default property for classic control
//Checked property for modern control

Form.OnSuccess = Clear(colcheckvalue)

Setting the "Default" property of the checkboxes based on the presence of the corresponding record in "colcheckvalue" will make the checkboxes' state switch between "TRUE" and "FALSE" when the user check it, and when the user uncheck or submit the form.

Clearing the collection in the "OnSuccess" of the form will make it so all checkboxes will become unchecked on a successful submit. If you're not using a form but a "Patch()" or a "Collect()", you can write the same code after you're done patching your data.
