gallery to book button why all affected and how to set selected user to book on certain events? Can help thx

Hi

I have a gallery , with the book button.  When user select the date to book, the button will turn to unbook but now when I click one of it, it turn all the rest to unbook too?  

I click the first event and it change all?

I have some events that is not open to all staff, but a group of people, can I know how I can set it to these group of people with this gallery button only allow permitted user to book the event?  Thanks

Hi @bbsin,

Try checking the below code

On Select of Button Set(selecteditem,Gallery.Selected.ID)

Then in the Button Label

If(ThisItem.ID!=selectedItem,"Unbook","Book);

If we are using single button

Else

If we are using multiple button then

On Unbook Visible Operation

If(ThisItem.ID = selectedItem,True,false)

On Book Visible Operation

If(ThisItrm.ID=selectedItem,True,false)

I think the safest way to do this would be to use the Text property of the button and lookup ThisItem directly in the collection or the database to display the right text.

Could look something like this (I used an invented Booked column, but you should decide what column would be more appropriate):

If(LookUp(Database, Booked = ThisItem.Booked, "Unbook", "Book")
