"Collect" the data from a collection and output it to dataverse table (multiple rows at once)

I am building a shopping app in PowerApps.  The main data source for the items in the app is a Dataverse table "Product Catalog", along with a collection within the app "colShoppingCart".  When customers are in the shopping Cart screen, they can review their items, change quantity of the items, and then click "Checkout" button to order the items (customers see the items/QTY/Price via a Gallery Control linked to "colShoppingCart").  I have two tables that are blank, where I want data from the orders to go, so it can be reviewed in PowerBI. 

First table is "SoleStyle Orders" (Columns Purchaser, Order Totals, OrderID). I want this to have one row per Order. This works with the code I have. Involves the OnVisible of the checkout screen along with code in the checkout button

The other is "SoleStyle Ordered Items" (Columns: ProductName, ProductPrice, ProductCategory, Color, QTY, Size, SubTotal, OrderID), I want this to have one row per Item, per order (along with each item having the same OrderID per Order, should match the OrderID from the other table.). This is the one I can't get to work.  

I'm using the following code for the OnSelect property of the button customers use to complete an order:

I keep getting a blue highlight over "colShoppingCart" that says "The Specified Column 'x' does not exist. The Column with the most similar name is 'x' ". I've changed out the names of the collection to be the Schism Names for the dataverse table, and that causes it to say, " The Specified Column 'x' does not exist.".  
Even if I set the button to only have " Collect('SoleStyle Ordered Items', AddColumns(colShoppingCart, "OrderID", varOrderID)) " I get the same error.  I went through one by one removing each column from colShoppingCart that gave that message, until I only had one Column being collected. Each Column seems to give the same message (Although Power Apps will only show one at a time, seems to be the last item collected for the collection).  

Any Ideas on this issue would be very helpful.
