Hi Everyone
Given that COVID-19 (Omicron variation) situation is still not yet controlled, the confirmed cases keep rising in some countries and cities. Tracking plays an important role in tracing and alerting people if they are going into a place with infected people. I am delighted to announce this Power App (Canvas App) template to help corporations, enterprises, schools, and universities track their employee and student's location within the office/campus by scanning QR codes (e.g., meeting rooms, lecture halls, etc.).
In pair with effective tracking and communication of the COVID-19 situation, we should make it easier to minimize/control the potential large-scale outbreak in the office/campus. And we can provide more safe working/learning environments to employees and students by a digital solution with Power Platform (Power App).
This Power App template leveraged camera control to scan QR codes and save records into the SharePoint list. End users can scan QR codes before entering the place (e.g., meeting rooms) and press the exit button when they're going out from the place. The app will track all entering and leaving activities with dates & times into the SharePoint list. End-users can also view their entering and leaving activities from the app. And administrator can check the SharePoint list to figure out peoples who are in the same place as infected/potential-infected people for proactive alerting.
