Downloading files from SharePoint

Hello guys,

I am quite new to PowerAutomate, so wondering if it would be possible to automaticaly download files when created in SharePoint Lists. 
We have a sharepoint page where users put their requests by using powerapps. After request has been submitted with attachments, we check the incoming requests and download attachments to take an action. 
I would like to know if it is possible to automate downloading files from SharePoint lists to store in a common place to avoid manual processing. When a request is submitted with attachments, power automate should download the file automatically without our intervention.

Like if you want an alert with email attachment with newly added file

Hello, when requests are created in SharePoint platform, we have also attachments in the requests. Hence, we need to download each attachment when request is created. I am seeking for a solution where I can avoid downloading attachments manually but having them automatically downloaded in a shared folder by Power Automate.

You are looking to download files that are attached to SharePoint list items, and put them somewhere else. Where will this "somewhere else" be? OneDrive? A SharePoint library? 

This also depends how your list is used. Is a list item created, and then files are attached whenever people feel like it? Or is it only when they first create them?

If the latter, you can use a trigger of "When a new item is created", and then use this method:

Then you can use that "Attachment Content" to "Create a File" in SharePoint or OneDrive, whereever your central storage place will be.

If instead you might have users attaching files after they've created the list item, then you can use "When an item is created or modified". You can still use the "Get Attachment Content", but this time, you'll want to use the "Get Files (properties only)" action for SharePoint or OneDrive so you can identify if the file already exists there. You can use a Filter Query to do that - for example, Title eq 'Attachment Name'. You can then use a condition to say "if no file is returned, then upload this file. If a file is returned, then end the workflow."
