Dual flow sequence

Experts,

I am having two cloud flows ,

Flow A : Saving the PDF extracted data in to One drive excel file

Flow B : Sending the one drive excel file as a email attachment.

Is it possible to have one Unattended flow in which Flow B should trigger upon Flow A completion

is this really possible. with Power Automate flows. Your thoughts please.

This can be done in a single Flow - no need for two.  If the email action follows the creation of the Excel file, you Flow won't send the email (with attachment) until the files has been created.  If you have already tried this and are experiencing issues, put a delay in after the Excel file is created.

I have tried with single flow. In this case flow generating each mail for each record. Instead of one email for all records,

Each runs will have many records,

I have removed the sendemails for testing purpose.

And as per your advise with delay functions will trigger many mails. Which i am trying to avoid. How to achieve this.

I don't believe that I am understanding what you are trying to accomplish.

Are you creating a single Excel file from a single PDF?  If not, can you explain the process?

Sure Scot.

Flow A is created for following. Below is simple flow. Removed other steps in this flow which i have added for enhanced version.

Step A :  When file is created in the folder ( Flow get automatically trigger here the moment PDF document is placed in the given One Drive Folder. And it can be single or many file)

Step B : AI Predict is using the AI builder model to extract the document text (inv no,inv date,name)

Step C : Add row a row in to table (Extracted data from pdf will be add in to One drive excel file

Step E : send email of the data what is saved in this excel file.

Problem in flow a is ,It runs for each document and trigger the email of each row insert activities.

What i am expecting here is that Once all document data is extracted then i should get one email with one single attachment .

Tried Type 1  :  Created Automated Cloud flow B

1 . Trigger auto trigger moment file is updated in the one drive folder

2. Kept delay for 2 min

3. Send email to user with updated attachment.

Disadvantage : Its keep send mail with partial data and last will have all data

Tried Type 2 : Created Scheduled Flow B.

   1. Recurrence is created for  2 min

    2. send email with attachment

Disadvantage : Its keep send mail with partial data and last will have all data

Expected :

Flow B should run the moment flow A activities are completed

Or

Flow A should trigger email option after all documents data get extracted.
