Ejecución de Flujo omitida

Tengo un flujo de aprobaciones, el cual se desencadena cuando se crea en una lista de SharePoint, sin embargo, no se ve el elemento y los géneros bajo la acción de Omitida.

Hi @Kmachoale,

Please check the connection is properly connected.

When configuring the trigger When an item is created, please make sure you are using correct Site Address and List Name. How about the configuration on your side? Please share a screenshot of the detailed configuration.

I have made the following test which works fine.

1.PNG2.PNG

Please try it again and feel free post back if you are still having the issue.

Best regards,

Mabel

Hi @Kmachoale,

What’s the second action in your flow? I am not familiar with your language. Could you share a full screenshot of your flow in English?

What’s the error message returned?

It seems that there is a Switch case in your flow, what are the following actions?

Best regards,

Mabel

Hello Mabel,
I hope you find yourself very well.

I have made different flows from scratch, with the triggers "When an element is created" and "When an element is created or modified", using with them new and different SharePoint lists.
However, when I run a trigger and an action like "Send an email", the flow runs correctly. Event that does not occur when I add more than one action to the flow, such as approvals and conditions.
When checking the history of executions of the flow, nothing appears, implying that the request made is not executed and without evidence of a specific error or failure.

The steps that the flow should take are the following;

1. When an element is created.
2. Obtain the user's profile. (From the user who created the request in the SharePoint lists)
3. Switch
3.1 Case: If the Department of the user that created the request is equal to Commercial
• Send an e-mail
• Get the administrator
• Approval
• Condition
Yes  Send email "response of approval"  Update item in SharePoint list
No Send email "approval response"  Update item in SharePoint list
3.2 Case 2: If the Department of the user that created the request is equal to Consulting
• Send an e-mail
• Get the administrator
• Approval
• Condition
Yes  Send email "response of approval"  Update item in SharePoint list
No Send email "approval response"  Update item in SharePoint list
3.3 Default Case: Send email.

I ask you please, tell me what I can do to solve this problem that I have with Microsoft Flow, since a long time ago and help me understand why this flow worked correctly and not now.

Does it have something to do that I have an Office365 subscription that includes Flow Free?

How can I know how many executions I have and how many I can run with my Free Flow subscription, with Office 365 E3.

I appreciate your cooperation.

Hi @Kmachoale,

From the doc on Flow Plan we could get the maximum number of runs per month for your plan:

https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/

Besides, the following doc could be your reference:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/billing-questions

From the screenshot and description of your flow, it seems there is something wrong with connector SharePoint.

Could you try to recreate the connection to see if it will work?

Are SharePoint actions working well on your side? such as Create an item, etc.

How about other triggers of SharePoint? Will they return the same error message?

Best regards,

Mabel
